Zero Tolerance Policy: tsat.gr maintains an absolute zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any such content or behavior will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
1. Our Commitment
tsat.gr is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We take proactive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. The safety and protection of minors is our highest priority.
2. Age Requirements
tsat.gr is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our service, users confirm they meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on tsat.gr:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative content involving minors
- Any communication intended to exploit, harm, or endanger children
- Content that promotes or glorifies child abuse
4. Detection Measures
We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent child exploitation:
- User Reporting: In-app reporting system allowing users to flag suspicious content or behavior immediately
- Content Review: Reported content is reviewed promptly by our safety team
- Account Monitoring: Suspicious account patterns are flagged for review
- Hash Matching: Known CSAM material is detected using industry-standard hash databases
- Behavioral Analysis: Automated systems flag suspicious communication patterns
5. Reporting Mechanisms
How to Report: If you encounter any content or behavior that may endanger children, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
- In-App Reporting: Long-press on any message or user profile and select "Report" to flag content directly within the app
- Email: Send reports to safety@tsat.gr
- Emergency: For immediate danger, contact local law enforcement directly
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and reviewed within 24 hours.
6. Response Procedures
When a report is received, we follow these procedures:
- Immediate Review: All reports are reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours
- Content Removal: Confirmed violating content is removed immediately
- Account Action: Violating accounts are immediately and permanently suspended
- Evidence Preservation: Relevant data is preserved for law enforcement
- Authority Notification: Confirmed CSAM is reported to appropriate authorities
7. Cooperation with Authorities
tsat.gr fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations:
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
- We comply with all legal requests from law enforcement agencies
- We work with regional and national authorities in Greece and the European Union
- We participate in industry initiatives to combat child exploitation
8. Data Retention for Safety
For child safety purposes, we may retain certain data even after account deletion to:
- Comply with legal obligations to report to authorities
- Assist ongoing law enforcement investigations
- Prevent banned users from creating new accounts
